First, pay the cost of your requested template to our e-gold or liberty reserve account by click on 'pay with e-gold' or 'pay with LR' button. After paying, please fill form with the transaction batch number and needed information for us (like you e-mail, your surf name, your slogan etc). Then your receive your template to you e-mail.
